Recommended for Sunday Afternoon – bring your own Pop-Up tent, table, and chairs - as space under the big top tent is limited to first come first served.  Bring small child-safe trinkets to give to kids, which will help attract parents.  The weather is likely to be HOT, so bring a long extension cord, a power strip, and a box fan – as we are enlisting the help of anyone who has a generator to lend for the afternoon.  It is a “nice touch” to be able to offer visitors to your display a cold bottle of water as well!  Set-up time begins at 10 AM on Sunday, so that everyone is ready to receive visitors by NOON.
