This year, in addition to the COMMUNITY SERVICES FAIR Event on Sunday, where you are invited to bring your own DISPLAY about your Agency, Faith-Based Ministry, or Service Club during the Gospel Showcase Concert from Noon- 5 PM, we will also offer you a designated TIME to share a (scaled down) Display in the COMMUNITY SERVICES TENT all through the Festival, including Friday Afternoon & Evening, and all day Saturday - from 9 AM to 10 PM.

Community Crossroads Inc., sponsor of the Community Services Fair and Tent, will be rolling out their new website for www.communitycrossroads.com at the Community Services Tent all weekend.  There will be PLENTY OF SPACE in the TENT for Community Services Fair Participants to ALSO have a presence at Uncle Dave Macon Days during the entire weekend under the Community Services Tent adjacent to the Community Crossroads Display.

We are asking each TENT Participant to send at least One, preferably Two Volunteers to help “PERSON” the Community Services TENT for a TWO-Hour Period sometime during the hours of 4 PM – 10 PM on Friday,  and/or between 9 AM and 10 PM on Saturday.   We anticipate having sufficient room for TWO groups to participate during each TWO-Hour Period.  A Table and Two Chairs will be provided for each participating Agency, Faith-Based Ministry, or Service Club.

Recommended for Sunday Afternoon – bring your own Pop-Up tent, table, and chairs - as space under the big top tent is limited to first come first served.  Bring small child-safe trinkets to give to kids, which will help attract parents.  The weather is likely to be HOT, so bring a long extension cord, a power strip, and a box fan – as we are enlisting the help of anyone who has a generator to lend for the afternoon.  It is a “nice touch” to be able to offer visitors to your display a cold bottle of water as well!  Set-up time begins at 10 AM on Sunday, so that everyone is ready to receive visitors by NOON.
