Uncle Dave Macon Days Festival directors are pleased to invite concessionaires to participate in the celebration. However, spaces fill quickly; applications are accepted until 18 spaces are filled. Please read the food guidelines and return a completed application to:

Each food group is responsible for complying with the rules and regulations of the Tennessee Health Department (netting is required) and for paying the required fee on the day of the festival.

At the festival ice will be available for purchase in 40-pound bags; please state how much you think you may need, so that we may have enough on hand.

We have limited access to water. No one will be able to hook up; you will be directed to the closest available source.

Spaces will be 10' by 15'.

Food Guidelines
1) Due to space constraints, we are limited to 18 booths.

2) Booth fees for two days: business single item $350, business multiple items $450.

3) Generators may be used as a back up power supply and only until power is restored.

4) Vehicles will not be allowed into the area during the festival. Restocking may be done early in the morning or evening, after booths have closed.

5) All food vendors must comply with the Tennessee Health Department's rules and regulations. All food vendors are inspected.

6) The Uncle Dave Macon Days Committee reserves the right to limit food items and equipment.

7) No alcohol on Murfreesboro city property.

8) Booth fees are non-refundable, and location is determined by the Food Committee Chairperson. A location may be requested, but there is no guarantee of placement.

9) Each food group is responsible for keeping a clean and inviting service area for patrons. Each group is responsible for leaving its area clean at the end of the festival.

10) Groups must be set up and ready to serve by 4:30 p.m. Friday afternoon and by 8:30 a.m. Saturday morning.
