Robyn Taylor

Known for her emotional lead vocals, soulful melodies and honest lyrics, Robyn’s songs reach people from all walks of life. With rich folk, country, bluegrass and gospel roots and a musical family, Robyn draws from a deep well of influences to create her own unique Americana sound.

Her music explores love, loss, redemption and faith, American landscapes, and the open road.
In 2014, she was named “One to Watch” by The Nashville Songwriters Association International (NSAI) for her original song “Give It To Me”

Emerging now on the Nashville scene, Robyn performs locally at writers’ rounds, community events and art

Before moving to Nashville, Robyn fronted her own bluegrass and country band in southwest Florida, called “Monroe Station,” with David Estes, Henry Hartman and Karen Batten. She also led worship every Monday evening at the local homeless shelter. She has been writing songs on the piano since the age of two, and starting playing guitar when she began performing as a singer/songwriter in college.

She has a Master’s Degree in Community Planning and manages her own publicity company, Rockin’ Robyn Productions. She lives in a renovated church in Woodbury, Tennessee, which is also home to BirdSong Studio, her songwriting studio and unique house concert venue.
